Q1: What's payment terms ,trade terms you accept ?
Usually we appreciate T/T 30% deposit , then 70% balance is paid before shipment , we usually offer FOB Ningbo price .but we also accept other way like L/C , western union ,and do CFR&CIF etc.

Q2. Where I can get the raw material?
solution1: buy printed and cutted paper cup fan from us
solution2: find the factory in your area to print and cut for you
solution3:buy the flexo printing machine and die cutting machine to print and cut by yourself .
if you are new in this field ,i suggest you'd better to adopt solution 1 or 2 when you are in first stage.

Q3. Does it easy to operate and what can i do if it doesn't work?
First ,our machine is stable and easy to operate by one worker ,what you do is just learn some basic thing like wet the paper cup fan , lubricating the moving parts regularly .And we will sent you video ,we suggest you to come to visit our factory to learn more thing by yourself for free , and if there is something goes wrong , you can call us ,video-chat ,email us .And we will give solutions within 24 hrs .Our engineer also can be distributed to overseas as you required.

Q4. If the machine's spare parts broken ,where can i get ?
We will give you the spare parts which is vulnerable , and some critical parts like gear box , our quality is good ,in case it broken within one year ,we will sent you for free.

The material which progress paper cups

1. The Material : Single(one) Side PE Coated Paper , Double(two) Sides PE Coated Paper .
2. PE coated : Polyethylene film coated
3. Single side PE coated paper : only one side of the paper coated with PE film (appearance: inside of the cup is smooth and bright)
4. Double Sides PE Coated Paper : Both of the two sides are coated with PE film (both of the cup sides are smooth)
5. Paper Weight : Unit gsm, gram per square meter . 200 gsm paper mean 1 square meter paper weigh 200 gram.
6. PE Coating Weight : 1 square meter coated PE film weight, 12---24 gsm,
7. PE Coated Paper Weight : single side PE coated paper weight (raw paper weight + PE coating weight) ; Double sides PE coated paper weight (inside PE coating weight + paper weight + outside PE coating weight)

Progress Paper Cup In Machine:

From the above picture,you can learn that the flow of making paper cup/bowl/bucket are :

1, Feed the pre-printed and pre-cutted cup-fan-wall sheet papet to the entrance ; The same time feed the rolling cup-bottom paper

2, The cup-fan-wall paper is sealed on the cup-side-sealing mold >>>become cone shape ; The cup-bottom auto punching(cutting) in the machine

3, Insert the bottom-round piece to the cone-cup-side ;

4, After pre-heating, main heating, then the cup-bottom curling ;

5, Knurling Cup-bottom Step : Knurling the bottom-round-piece paper to the cup-cone-side ;

6, Curling cup-top step : curling the cup top to circular shape;

7, Discharge and transfer the finished cups to the collection;

8, Package the finished paper cups in plactic bag or other hermetic bags to protect the cup top shape from becoming ugly or breached

9, Package the plastic bags in a cardboard box....

10, Note: the process of making paper bowls,paper buckets are the same as making paper cups.
